One crew. The whole country.
Property photography and property film for every region in New Zealand. Based in Hamilton, travelling to every listing. National coverage is the reason an agency can hold one supplier for the whole roster instead of managing a different photographer in every city.

The coverage calendar.
The same four stages move every file, wherever the property sits. Only the where changes — and only the travel is quoted per shoot.
| Stage | When | Where | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01Booked | Before the shoot date | At the studio | Dates, access and the shot list agreed in writing, with the campaign deadline locked first. |
| 02Shot | On the shoot date | At the property | One visit. Interiors, exteriors and the film, captured in the same light, on the same afternoon. |
| 03Edited | After the shoot | At the studio | Colour, verticals, crops and the film cut — one pass, judged against the brief. |
| 04Delivered | Before the campaign goes live | To your system | Stills and film together, in the format your system takes, ready to publish. |
The amber mark is the one that sets the schedule. Everything before it is arranged backwards from the date the campaign goes live.
Where the crew goes.
Every region in New Zealand — Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Dunedin, Queenstown and the rest. Travel is quoted per shoot and the visit is scheduled around your listing, not the other way round.

How travel is priced.
The crew travels from Hamilton. Travel is quoted per shoot and shown as its own line, so what the visit costs and what getting to the property costs are never confused.
Quoted before booking
Addresses outside the standard regions are quoted on their own terms, and either way the number is priced before the visit is booked — not afterwards. The date that matters is the one the campaign goes live: the visit is scheduled backwards from it, and the travel sits inside the same window.
Why one supplier is worth the trip.
A roster run on four photographers in four cities is not four photographers. It is four standards, four turnarounds, and four inboxes to check when a campaign slips.

Every listing is scheduled against your campaign, wherever the property sits. Licensed sample media, not Tyrael Visuals' own work.
The same standard in every city.
Held constant
The set order, the light, the level, the white balance, the file naming and the delivery date. A listing photographed in Invercargill should be indistinguishable in style from one photographed in Auckland — that is the point of one crew travelling, and it is the reason a portfolio can be standardised across a whole roster.
What agents ask about coverage.
Q01
Which parts of New Zealand do you cover?
All of them. Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatū-Whanganui and Wellington in the North Island; Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago and Southland in the South. The crew is based in Hamilton and travels to every listing.
Q02
How is travel priced, and is it included in the shoot?
Travel is quoted per shoot and itemised separately from the shoot itself, so the two are never confused. Addresses outside the standard regions are quoted on their own terms. Either way the number is priced before the visit is booked, and it is the number that holds.
Q03
Can you shoot a listing in my region on a specific date?
Yes. The visit is scheduled around the campaign, not the other way round. Send the address and the date the listing goes live, and the studio comes back with the shot list, a confirmed visit time and a delivery date.
Q04
If I have listings in several cities, will they all look the same?
Yes. The set order, the light, the level, the white balance, the file naming and the delivery date are held constant on every shoot. A listing photographed in Invercargill should be indistinguishable in style from one photographed in Auckland — that is the point of one crew travelling.
Send the address and the date.
Wherever the property is, the visit is scheduled around your campaign. You will get the shot list and a confirmed delivery time back.
