The work is the argument.
Every frame below was made to answer a question a buyer asks in about four seconds: what is this place actually like? A real estate photography set is shot in the order the eye moves — outside in, then in, then out again.

Each entry is one plate from a set. The set is shot in a single visit, in the order listed.
Plates shown are licensed sample media, not Tyrael Visuals' own work.
The set.
Eight plates from one visit, in the order they were shot: outside in, then in, then out again. The set is the argument, and it is the same set every time.

- 01
- Exterior — front elevation
The frame that stops the scroll. Shot late in the day so the elevation holds its warmth, with the approach and the planting included.

- 02
- Living space, double height
Vertical lines kept vertical, exposure held for the window without letting the room go grey.

- 03
- Kitchen and island bench
Shot level, with the stone and the brick held in the same white balance.

- 04
- Open plan to the deck
The frame that sells the light. The doors are open, the deck is in, and the room is one space.

- 05
- Principal bedroom
Bed made, cords hidden, walls straight.

- 06
- Dining, morning light
Nothing in the room that is not part of the property. The light does the rest.

- 07
- Bathroom
Grout lines straight, mirror cleaned, nothing reflecting the crew.

- 08
- After dark
The twilight frame. Shot at the end of the visit, when the house is lit and the street is quiet.
About these images.
Every photograph on this site is licensed sample media standing in for the studio’s own work until the real portfolio is supplied. Each caption describes the standard the set is shot to, not a job the studio has done. Nothing here is presented as Tyrael Visuals’ own work when it is not.
The film from the same visit.
The stills and the film are not two jobs. They are one job with two outputs, and they are shot back to back on the same visit — which is why the colour in the film matches the colour in the frames.
Sample footage
A slow move through a modern open-plan living room, from the entry to the full-height windows at the far end of the house.
What agents ask about the work.
Q01
Are these Tyrael Visuals’ own photographs?
No. The plates here are licensed sample media chosen to show the standard of the set — the order, the light, the level — not the studio’s own jobs. The studio’s own portfolio replaces this page as soon as it is supplied, and the page says so either way.
Q02
What do I get if I book a shoot?
The same set, shot on your listing: interior frames, the front elevation and approach, detail frames, a twilight set after dark, and a finished property film — delivered together, against one deadline. Request a shoot and the shot list comes back in writing before the crew travels.
Q03
How do I check the standard before I commit?
By the list, not by the pictures. Ask for the shot list and the order the set is shot in, and you get both in writing before anything is booked. The plates on this page are chosen to show that order.
Your listing, shot as a file.
Send the address and the date the campaign goes live. You will get the shot list and a confirmed delivery time back.
