One crew, one visit, one file.
Tyrael Visuals is a real estate photography and property film studio based in Hamilton. Every listing gets still frames and a finished property film out of the same visit, tracked as one file from booking to delivery, and the same crew travels the whole country.

Hamilton base — travelling to every listing
Two services, one visit, one deadline.
Real estate photography and property film, produced together and issued together. One crew, one visit, one date.
Listing media gets bought once and used everywhere — the portal grid, the campaign email, the agency website, the social post, the open home on the weekend.
When the photographs and the film are made separately, by different people, on different days, they never quite agree with each other. The colour drifts. The second delivery arrives after the campaign has already started. The agent spends the launch week chasing, which is the one week they do not have spare.
Tyrael shoots both on the same visit, with the same equipment and the same eye, then issues them as one package against one deadline. One crew, one visit, one file.
What lands in the file.
The deliverable list for every shoot is agreed in writing before the crew arrives, and it is the same list your portal, your website and your social accounts all draw from.
01
Interior
Every habitable room photographed to a consistent standard of light, level and vertical, so a buyer scrolling the grid is never surprised by the sixth frame.
02
Exterior
The front elevation, the approach, and the property's place in its street — the frames that answer the question a buyer asks before they ever walk through the door.
03
Detail
Fixtures, finishes, joinery and the features that justify the price. These are the frames that survive the crop.
04
Twilight
The property again after dark, with the lights on and the street quiet. The frame that stops the scroll for a buyer who had already moved on.
05
Property film
A finished film that moves through the property in sequence, cut to be watched to the end on a phone with the sound off.
06
Handover
One package, delivered in the format your system takes, with the frames named the way your portal expects them.
The property film.
A short film is the fastest way to let someone feel a house they have not walked through yet. Tyrael films on the same visit as the stills, in the same light, so the film and the frames never disagree.
It is cut for the place it will be watched: a phone, muted, in a feed, with two seconds to earn the next one. Property videography for New Zealand listings, shot by the same crew that made the photographs.
Sample footage
A slow move through a modern open-plan living room, from the entry to the full-height windows at the far end of the house.
Filmed on the same visit as the stills · muted delivery, captions on request
Based in Hamilton. Working everywhere.
One crew, one kit, one standard — from Auckland to Invercargill, and every region between. National coverage means an agency can hold one supplier for the whole roster instead of managing a different photographer in every city.

Every listing is scheduled against your campaign, wherever the property sits.
How a file moves.
Four stages, and you can see which one a job is sitting in at any time. The same four words appear on every file Tyrael opens.
The questions agents ask.
Answered in full, because they are the same questions the studio answers on the phone every week.
Q01
What does a Tyrael Visuals shoot include?
The standard list: interior frames of every habitable room, the front elevation and the approach, detail frames of fixtures and finishes, a twilight set after dark, a finished property film, and one handover package carrying the stills and the film together. The list is agreed in writing at booking and does not change on the day.
Q02
How much does real estate photography cost in New Zealand?
There is no published rate card, and a shoot is not priced by the hour alone. A quote is built from the property itself and the visit: how many rooms, whether the film is included, how far the crew travels, and how complicated the access is. Travel is quoted per shoot. Send the address and the date the campaign goes live, and the studio will price it.
Q03
How far ahead should a listing be photographed?
Far enough that the delivery date lands before the campaign does. The delivery date is worked backwards from the day the listing goes live, and every stage before it (access, shot list, travel, the edit) sits inside that window. The sooner the shoot is booked, the more room there is in the window.
Q04
Do you travel outside Hamilton?
Yes. The crew is based in Hamilton and travels to every listing in New Zealand, from Northland to Southland and every region between. Travel is quoted per shoot and priced before the visit is booked, so the number on the quote is the number that holds.
Q05
Can I book photography without the film?
Yes. Real estate photography and the property film can be ordered separately or together. Together is the standard, because one visit produces both in the same light. A stills-only shoot is a normal booking.
Q06
What do you need from us on the shoot day?
Five things: the property ready to photograph, access agreed in writing, the vendor's access window, the date the campaign goes live, and the system the files need to land in. All five are set out in full on the studio note.
Request a shoot.
Send the address and the date the campaign goes live. You will get a reply with the shot list and a confirmed delivery time.
