Two services, one visit, one file.
Tyrael’s real estate photography and property film are captured on the same visit by the same crew, then delivered as one package against one deadline. This is the whole list of what lands, and what a quote is built from.

Real estate photography.
The set that fills the portal grid, the agency website, the campaign email and the social feed — shot in a fixed order so the listing reads as one property, in one light, on one day.
The point of a photographic set is not one good frame. It is forty frames that agree with each other — the same white balance, the same level, the same verticals — so a buyer scrolling the grid is never surprised by the sixth one.
Tyrael shoots interiors, exteriors and details in that fixed order, then closes with the property after dark, lights on and street quiet. That last frame is the one that stops a buyer who had already scrolled past.
The set is the same length every time. It is not a wishlist worked out on the day — it is the list agreed at booking, so the portal grid, the website gallery and the social feed are filled from one shoot rather than three.
Interiors
Every habitable room, held level and vertical, in a consistent light.
Exterior
The front elevation, the approach, and the property's place in its street.
Detail
Fixtures, finishes and joinery — the frames that justify the price.
Twilight
The property again after dark, with the lights on and the street quiet.
Set order
Outside in, then in, then out again. The same order on every shoot.
Delivered as
Still frames, named the way your portal expects them.

Property film.
A short film is the fastest way to let someone feel a house they have not walked through yet. It is shot on the same visit as the stills, in the same light, so the film and the frames never disagree.
It is cut for the place it will actually be watched: a phone, muted, in a feed, with two seconds to earn the next one.
Property videography for New Zealand listings is not a separate job that happens later, in a different grade, by a different supplier. Here it is the same crew, the same afternoon and the same colour — and it arrives in the same package as the frames.
Sample footage
A slow move through a high open-plan living room, from the entry past the seating to the glazed doors at the far end of the house.

What lands in the file.
Every shoot carries this list. It is agreed in writing before the crew arrives, and it is the same list your portal, your website and your social accounts all draw from.

What a shoot costs.
There is no rate card on this site, and no two shoots cost the same. A quote is built from the property and the visit, and it is priced before anything is booked.
The property
How many habitable rooms, how many storeys, and whether there is a second building or a lot worth shooting.
The services
Photography and property film together, or one of them on its own.
The travel
How far the crew travels from Hamilton. Quoted per shoot and itemised separately, so the cost of shooting is never confused with the cost of getting there.
The access
How straightforward it is to get in and to work — parking, stairs, a tenanted property with a fixed window, a vendor on site.
The timing
How much room there is between the visit and the day the campaign goes live.
Raised at booking
The list above is the standard list. If a listing needs something that is not on it, raise it when the shoot is booked — that is the point at which it can still be agreed, costed and scheduled. Nothing is added to a file on the day without being agreed first. A quote is confirmed in writing at booking, and it does not change on the day.
How both services land in one file.
The photographs and the film are not two jobs. They are one job with two outputs, and the same four stages move both of them.
What agents ask before they book.
Q01
What arrives in the file after a shoot?
Six things: interior frames, the front elevation and the approach, detail frames, a twilight set, the finished property film, and a handover package that delivers the stills and the film together. The list is fixed at booking, so nothing is argued about on the shoot day.
Q02
What format do the files arrive in, and how are they named?
In the format your system takes, named the way your portal expects them. Tell the studio which portal, website or campaign the files are landing in and the naming follows it — nothing has to be renamed before you publish.
Q03
Can the photography and the film be ordered separately?
Yes. Each service stands on its own. Booking them together is the standard, because one visit captures both in the same light, but a stills-only shoot is a normal booking and a film-only shoot is possible where the listing already has frames.
Q04
Is the price the same for every property?
No. A quote is built from the property itself and the visit: the number of rooms, whether the film is included, how far the crew travels, and how complicated the access is. The quote is per shoot, priced before the visit is booked, and travel is itemised separately.
Q05
Does the shoot happen before the listing goes live?
Always. The delivery date is worked backwards from the day the campaign goes live, and the visit sits inside that window. If the campaign date is tight, say so when the shoot is booked and the schedule is built around it.
Q06
Does the standard shoot include the twilight frames?
Yes. The property is shot again after dark, with the lights on and the street quiet, and those frames are part of the standard set rather than an extra. The twilight frame is the one that stops a buyer who had already scrolled past.
